Gallup Awards Self Regional Healthcare 10th Consecutive Great Workplace Award
(Greenwood, S.C., May 3, 2017) — Self Regional Healthcare has received its10th Gallup Great Workplace Award in a row. The organization, a not-for-profit healthcare system serving 250,000 residents of the Lakelands region of South Carolina, received the award through work engagement surveys completed by team members.
The world’s top-performing companies help lead the global economy by engaging their workforces. The Gallup Great Workplace Award proves employee engagement delivers positive outcomes, and was created to recognize excellence and the ability to create and maintain an engaged workplace culture.
Thirty-seven organizations, including Self Regional, were honored with the 2017 Great Workplace Award. Other winning organizations include Regions Bank, USAA, and Nationwide Insurance.

Gallup determines the award winners each year through survey responses distributed to employees. Additionally, Gallup examines integrated engagement in strategy and leadership, accountability and performance, communication and knowledge management and development and ongoing learning.
