Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020 the Self Regional Support Services Building (SSB) will be closed to the public

To protect our patients and team members from the risk of infection, the SSB building at 104 Wells Ave. will be closed to the public. The SSB currently houses Medical Records, Patient Financial Services and Human Resources. In lieu of face-to-face contact we provide the following methods for accessing those services:

To make a payment:

  • Mail payment to the address on your statement
  • Pay online at mychart.selfregional.org
  • Place payment in the Dropbox located in the SSB parking lot.
