Self Regional Healthcare’s AccessHealth Lakelands program serves qualifying individuals in the Lakelands region. Services include case management by certified Community Health Workers, establishment and coordination of care with a primary care home and assistance with other barriers to obtaining optimal health.
Self Regional Healthcare Foundation hosted its annual nursing scholarship luncheon in June and awarded eight scholarships for a combined total of $8,000.

Self Regional Healthcare is now one of four official drop sites in the upstate for the Mother’s Milk Bank of South Carolina, a non-profit based in Charleston, SC. Mothers with a surplus of breast milk in the Lakelands now have the option to donate it easily to babies who need it most.
