The Maintain, Don’t Gain Holiday Challenge Runs from November through January

Available to all Team Members, this program does not focus on trying to lose weight. Instead, this FREE seven-week challenge provides you with tips, tricks, and ideas to help maintain your weight throughout the holiday season.  Stay tuned for more details.

Join us every week at 7:30am and 12:15pm for Walking Wednesday!

Walking Wednesday will help you increase your daily activity level and reach your step goal for participating in Self Cares.  You may also receive BONUS STEPS for participating.  More details to come soon.

The Cardio Challenge happens in February as part of Heart Health Month

The Cardio Challenge is designed to increase the amount you exercise every week.  Prize raffles will be available for completing your exercise log and achieving the weekly goal.  More details to come soon.
