Women’s Health of the Lakelands, a physician practice of Self Regional Healthcare (SRH), provides a team of board-certified OB/GYN specialists, nurses and specially trained staff, all working together to create the best experience for women and their healthcare needs.
Located within the Montgomery Center for Family Medicine on the campus of SRH, the staff and providers are dedicated to providing quality care in a friendly and professional environment while considering the patient’s individual needs.
Women’s Health of the Lakelands offers a comforting woman-to-woman healthcare experience that also provides access to advanced diagnostics and specialty services – a complete network of care for your health. We provide comprehensive gynecological services and minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including laparoscopic surgery.
Our providers allow more time for one-on-one conversation and engagement between our patients and their doctor.

Gynecological Services
Gynecology is a specialty of medicine involving diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the female reproductive system.
From adolescence to menopause, or somewhere in between, our providers are the experts when it comes to gynecologic care of women. We understand the importance of patience, gentleness and counseling in caring for adolescents that are just beginning gynecological care. In addition, we place special focus on the concerns of mature women, such as hormone replacement therapy, sexual dysfunction and urinary problems.

Obstetrical Services
Obstetrics is the field of healthcare concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
Whether you are already expecting a baby or hoping to become pregnant, the providers at Women’s Health of the Lakelands are here to help meet all of your healthcare needs.
Our practice offers a range of prenatal services designed to ensure the health and wellbeing of mother and her baby. We are proud to be the only facility in our region to offer CenteringPregnancy®, an approach to prenatal care that brings women out of the exam room and into a comfortable group setting, allowing more time with your provider and additional time with your peers going through pregnancy together.
Our board-certified OB/GYNs deliver babies at Self Regional Medical Center, which follows a family-focused approach to obstetrical services. Families will enjoy our newly renovated, state-of-the-art birthing suites where labor, delivery and recovery time is spent in one comfortable space. Anesthesia care for epidurals is available to the patient twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Our providers are experienced in treatments and technologies for managing high-risk pregnancies. Should your baby need it, Self Regional has the area’s only Level III neonatal intensive care unit and two full-time neonatologists.
