Professional Bio
Dr. Sida is a native of Statesboro, Georgia and is a graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his neurology residency at the Medical College of Georgia where he served as Chief Resident. He is board-certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and a member of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Sida has additional certification in MRI and CT by the American Society of Neuroimaging (ASN). He also has advanced training in cerebrovascular ultrasound. He has over 20 years of experience in the administration of therapeutic and cosmetic Botox.
Dr. Sida currently serves as co-medical director of the accredited primary stroke center at Self Regional Healthcare. He has given numerous lectures on topics including headache, sleep disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease.
